Every Unearthly Origins metal edition is made to order. Production time depends on the selected size, surface, mounting system, and whether rush production is available and selected. The estimate shown with the product configuration is a production estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Rush production shortens eligible production time only. It does not change the carrier service or guarantee faster transit.
Insured direct delivery
Your artwork is produced and shipped directly by our professional metal-print production partner. Shipping is calculated for the selected size and configuration before purchase. Large works may require oversized packaging, a wooden crate, freight service, or a delivery appointment.
Tracking is added to the order when supplied by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by production review, carrier delays, weather, address access, and freight scheduling.
Inspect the delivery
Examine the exterior packaging before accepting delivery. For freight deliveries, do not sign for visibly damaged crating until the artwork can be inspected. If the artwork or packaging is damaged, photograph the condition immediately and retain every piece of packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Care
Handle the artwork by its edges with clean, dry hands. Remove loose dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth before further cleaning. Do not use abrasive cloths or scouring products. Standard indoor editions should not be installed in direct outdoor exposure or prolonged direct sunlight. Follow the supplied mounting instructions and use wall hardware appropriate for the artwork’s weight and wall construction.
