Frequently Asked Questions

What is a metal print?

The artwork is infused into a coated aluminum panel through dye sublimation. The result is a rigid, luminous surface with strong color, depth, and fine detail.

Are the images on the website print-resolution files?

No. Website images are optimized previews and are not displayed at production resolution. Each approved artwork is produced from a separate high-resolution master maintained outside WordPress.

What does the 600 DPI statement mean?

Where stated for an edition, 600 DPI describes its separately maintained production master. It does not describe the downloadable website preview, and it is not presented as a requirement of the production lab. Final effective output resolution depends on the selected print dimensions.

Why are the works made to order?

Each order is submitted in the exact size, surface, edge, mounting, and production configuration selected by the collector. This avoids mass inventory and allows the finished work to be produced for its intended presentation.

Will the package identify the production lab?

Orders are fulfilled using white-label direct delivery. The production lab does not place its invoice or marketing materials inside the package.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us immediately. Because production can begin quickly and every piece is configured to order, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has entered production.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

Keep the artwork and all packaging, photograph the damaged area, the full artwork, and the shipping container, and contact us with the order number. See the Returns, Damage & Refund Policy for the review process.
