Unearthly Origins is operated by Trincer Holdings, LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Returns, Damage & Refund Policy.
Artwork and previews
Website images are optimized previews. Screens, ambient light, selected surface, and the dye-sublimation process can affect perceived color and brightness. Product dimensions are stated in inches and refer to the finished panel size unless otherwise noted.
Orders and pricing
Product, option, shipping, discount, and tax amounts shown in the final checkout review govern the order. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, configuration, availability, security, or technical error and will refund any captured payment for the cancelled item.
Made-to-order production
Each artwork is produced for the selected configuration. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a separate written guarantee is provided. A request to change or cancel an order may not be possible after production begins.
Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery address and for arranging access for oversized or freight delivery when required. Risk of loss is handled subject to applicable law and any carrier claim process.
Intellectual property
Artwork, product imagery, text, branding, and site design are owned by or licensed to Trincer Holdings, LLC. Purchase of a physical edition transfers ownership of that physical object only. It does not grant reproduction, commercial-use, distribution, resale-copying, or digital-file rights.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and account activity. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected assets at scale, or use the content to train, market, reproduce, or sell competing works without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unearthly Origins and Trincer Holdings, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
